Shipping policy

1.  Larger orders require some additional processing time however, even most large orders we are still able to get get them out ASAP. Please note- on hand items will ship promptly but some items are part of a preorder and take a bit longer.

2.  USPS or UPS Errors.  There are times where USPS and UPS make errors on their part.  In these cases we cannot be responsible for delays caused by their circumstances.  Often times this can be weather related or volume related but in most cases, you will have a tracking number from  either delivery service so that you may track your order.

3.  Techinical Errors or Address Errors:  Boutique’d cannot perform shipping if there is a technical error in your order due to software or network issues or if an address has been entered incorrectly.  In these cases, we will attempt to contact you to get the correct information and send out your order immediately. 

4.  On Sundays and Holidays, there is no shipping as USPS and UPS do not operate however, your order is still printed, filled and completed for the next business day's morning pickup by UPS and USPS.

Shipping Days are Monday - Saturday(USPS).  Sundays and Holidays are NOT Included When Calculating Expected Delivery.
