Refund policy

We understand that shopping online can sometimes be a challenge and we want you to be happy with your purchase. 

You may be eligible for a store credit for items that are just not right for you. Items purchased from Boutique’d  that you wish to return must be postmarked for return within 7 days of purchase. Your item must be unused and in the original condition that it was received as well as in the original packaging with attached tag. To exchange your Boutique’d purchase for something else or store credit, the garments MUST be unwashed and unworn, must have all original tags and be in the original new condition that the garment(s) were sent.

Items that have pet hair, perfume, cigarette smoke, stains, or any other noticeable signs of wear, will be rejected.

Boutique'd by LeeLee will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow Boutique'd by LeeLee 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • Boutique'd by LeeLee will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
